Foot felt about the same, except it bothered me less the last couple miles.

Messaged Jason Hulme. He says to ice on 20 minutes, ice off 20 minutes, and keep repeating and move the left foot like I'm pressing on the gas pedal to the point where it doesn't hurt. Keep doing this as much as I can to keep the foot moving.
