Foot felt pretty sore when I woke up. Iced it a couple times and thought if I could go get 8-10 miles in this morning, maybe I could do a second run in the same range later today.

Thought it best to be safe and run a flat course.

I could feel the foot the entire first mile, but all of a sudden by the end of the second mile it wasn't bothering me at all. So there really was no reason not to get the full 20 miles in. Beautiful sunny day in the park.

Because I was keeping it pretty easy paced, I felt really good at 20 miles and decided to make this my first ever 22 mile training run. Heart rate averaged only 149 for 22 miles, which is pretty good and never even reached 150 until past the 10th mile.

Longest ever training run for both time and miles.
