Easy 8 with 6x30s pickups
My leg felt good all day. Wasn't feeling the soreness going up/down stairs, so I was very optimistic for this run.
Had some slight right hamstring soreness during the run, but I didn't have any of that soreness in the knee that I had the previous two days. You can tell how I'm feeling by the paces. When the leg isn't bothering me, nice even pacing. If it's hurting, the pacing is all over.
Felt pretty good considering it was 84 degrees with a bit higher dew point that earlier this week.
