Felt more like soreness in the quads warming up, but mainly in the left hamstring when I got out running.
Took an easy pace where it didn't hurt much. Towards the end of the 3rd mile, I turned up the heat and the leg was feeling really good, so just went with it for a mile, and then cooled back down entering the 5th mile. But I feel the speed is there if I want to go for it.
