Left hamstring felt better today after taking a rest day.

Put the heating pad on it for 15 minutes before getting out of bed and did a couple hamstring exercises for the left leg then headed out to Drakes Creek Park. Although you could feel the hamstring each time the left foot hit the ground, it wasn't so bad today and by mile 7 I could barely feel anything.

After 9 miles averaging 9:43, I shifted gears and was able to run the last 4 around 8:41. So that felt good I had that gear left.
