No more using lap pace on easy runs and trying to hit an exact number! Surprisingly, it didn't bother me to not put the watch on lap pace and keep watching it. I was able to relax and enjoy the run rather than worrying about hitting 8:59 on every mile of a very easy run.

Sunday afternoon my legs were feeling very fresh even though I had run 18 miles in the morning. I don't know if it was because I ran it at a nice easy 9:00 pace or whether it was from a softer landing on the treadmill or combination of the two. But legs felt very fresh today too. Definitely the best they have felt since July.
