Treadmill

Notes

It's a bit mentally challenging to step on the treadmill for 18 miles, but it actually felt pretty good running while watching the NYC Marathon.

Ran the first two miles at 6.5 and 6.6 mph to ease into the 6.7 mph (8:57) pace.

It felt just as easy at the end as it did in the beginning and both legs felt great the entire way. First significant run since the calf injury without wearing the calf compression socks.

Legs felt great all afternoon as if I didn't even do a long run. The abs feel sore, but that's normal after my long runs.
