Notes

Warm up/cool down on the Station Camp Greenway. Tempo run on the Station Camp Loop.

Left leg was feeling pretty good today, so that gave me the green light for a nice run after the 2 mile warm up. Kept it in control on the flat part and was able to keep pushing when I reached the hills on Big Station Camp. Felt good to be able to keep pushing on the hills. By the time I was reaching the apartments on the 3rd mile I was seeing 8:15 on the GPS.

8:42 pace for the 3.96 mile loop. Looking back to 09/05/2013 when I did this loop twice, I was 0:16 per mile slower today. But not too far away.

Very slow cool down.

Stopped at the car to get some water before the cool down and left leg/hip joint stiffened up and was sore for the entire cool down. It felt fine when I got home, but had to go extra slow on the cool down.
