Plan: 4 miles easy
This was a real easy run. Amazing that this easy pace today was my marathon target pace 6 months ago.
The Garmin detected a new vo2 max of 52 after this run, I believe because my average heart rate was only 134 for a 9:10 pace.
Abs a little sore at the start, but not bad. Legs felt great. I should have fresh legs on Saturday.
