Notes
Thought I felt a very, very slight soreness in the left hamstring this morning, but it felt fine out running.
Went back to the Hurricane shoes and didn't get the soreness in the left foot that I did yesterday with the Triumphs.
Went out too fast the first mile and then tried to slow it down to 4:00 marathon pace of 9:09. Faster than my recent easy runs, but it still felt easy enough. Probably under-estimating my easy run ability on the treadmill and running them slower than I need to.
I definitely need to get outside as much as possible so my legs can determine my speed, not the calculator.
Legs and body felt good at the end of the run.
Note from later: I actually got some sore legs later in the afternoon, which I think means I ran too fast for an easy run.
