Notes
Since I missed the tempo run on Wednesday, I wanted to throw in some faster miles. My leg usually feels better later in the day than it does early on.
88 degrees out. When I got to the second mile I picked up the pace to get a couple good cardio miles in and eased off just a bit for the last mile. Felt good to get a decent workout in the hot weather.
Leg didn't feel too bad on this run. Hopefully it's ready to hit 20 miles in 10 hours from now.
