Left hamstring was sore this morning, waited until this evening to run.
Felt discomfort in the left hamstring about 2.5 inches above the inside of the left knee. Felt it every time the left foot hit the ground. Never really went away, so I made this a very, very slow run.
Right leg/hamstring was fine.
