Notes

Original plan was for the Boomer, but decided to do Wave Country to PercyPriest Dam on Saturday for my 16 mile long run. So thought best not to do the hills on the Boomer today and save the hamstring for Saturday.

For a moment out there I was wishing it was in the 80's. Have to get used to running in the colder weather. Kept wanting the colder weather, now I want warmth.

Will finish today's mileage tonight on the treadmill after running some errands.
