Notes

First outdoor run in two weeks. Calves felt a little sore after the first mile, but hasn't gone up a hill in two weeks. Got into a good groove after about 1.5 miles. Felt some energy with the hundreds of runners and ran a little faster than I had planned. Finished strong with good energy.
