Abs sore, but not as much at the start as they were for the first run today. Once I get going they don't really bother me.

Increased the speed after the first mile after seeing how slow I was going.

Legs felt pretty good for this run. Didn't feel the soreness in the thigh/hamstring like I did on the earlier run today.
