Notes
Easy run at lunch time. Not bad outside at 52 degrees.
Yesterday evening and today I felt a soreness at the left leg hip joint. I didn't notice it after the 16 mile run, but noticed it a little later after going to the driving range and hitting around 20 golf balls. First golf swings since November, and where it hurts is right where you'd feel it when turning and swinging through the ball.
I didn't hurt running. Abs were really sore the first 100 yards before settling in. Could feel some slight soreness in the upper thigh/hamstring.
