signed up on tues, mainly bc it was supposed to be 51 this morning!
too bad it was actually foggy, very humid, and 65 :(
up from 130-330, still had headache from yesterday (rest day yesterday bc of achilles-was totally fine today, tg)
did 30 minute standing yoga sequence before I left, felt good
took meds w/ bf, drank entire 22oz coffee, 2 more meds @720; when I took off, my legs felt like trampolines, v. odd sensation! lungs working overtime to keep up
2nd overall and 1st female!
have I ever run a mile that fast? don't remember doing so, at least not in a race-garmin said I had my fastest mile (6:54) and 5k (22:57) during this run too! holy fuck (garmin, 5.63 miles)
