even w/ PMs, slept totally shitty sunday night, sooo sore - took PMs again last night and slept 830-630, but omg, woke up and quads and calves all locked tight, way worse than yesterday
went to barn to groom Kheepers, think all the crouching/stooping was helpful in getting some of the tightness stretched out
30 minutes Standing Yoga Practice felt decent - hopefully tomorrow morning won't be hurting as bad
