left calf in good shape but she did some lighter strokes than last time and put a few cups there to break up some adhesions
worked over left hamstrings, ab/ad?ductors (inner thigh), and glutes pretty good (cups & strong massage) - all very tight (protecting calf)
some cups and massage on right leg as well
feeling good now, may be sore for tomorrow's rest day but hopefully fine for wednesday's run - planning one more session, before boston, probably thurs, 4/11
