              No running for me today. Walked about 30 minutes to warm up, then 30 minutes of strength/PT. 90 minute martial arts class tonight.

                No running this morning, brain told me to sleep, so I listened. Smile  Probably go run after work.

                  Hello, e-people!  I've got a hill run to do after work.

                    Anything stupid?  Well, it's early, so probably.

                     

                    9.25m with 3x1 @ 5k pace (ish) with .5m rest.  My splits typically are all over the place in these workouts, but at least I got faster, I guess (6:58, 6:40, 6:37).  It was a good run, though.

                    PRs:

                    5k - 20:51 - 9/5/15

                    10k - 47:00 - 5/25/15

                    15k - 1:10:19 - 11/21/15

                    13.1 - 1:42:25- 4/25/15

                    26.2 - TBD (someday)

                          I'm guessing it's .5 miles, I doubt his entire run was only 9.25 meters.

                              Why the hell you calling me suicidal!!!? I didn't go through all of yesterday's pages but cjones quoted your post and you said I'm suicidal  I am more likely a psychopath 

                               

                              Anyways, got up this morning at 3:10 AM but didn't get out the door until 3:42 after getting ready, taking Jetta out and then trying to sneak out of house while hearing Dorian stir and complain. Rocky and I got 4 miles in, it was a beautiful chilly 61 degrees and felt great. I need to start using my foam roller because my legs are getting achy.
