I got back at it this morning after a 7 day layoff and ran 6.
I can confirm that the annual September cold/flu virus is real, having caught one of them 4 out of the 7 fall seasons I've been running.
Former Bad Ass

Running is obviously bad for you. You should stop that.

15 trainer miles + 4.2 AlterG miles... my legs still hate me. Maybe they'll like swimming tonight a bit more??
SRD, just obsessing over the weather forecast for Sunday. It's looking warm, 59 at the start and 71 at the finish. I've been contemplating backup goals this morning in case a surprise cold front doesn't blow through here this weekend.
I caved and paid for one month of MMR so I could export my data into the fancy training log here. When I find a few minutes this morning to play around with it, I'll get it imported so I can use all the fancy tools and reports
SRD. Just looking at spring marathons

What it do, Chuckos! Last night's swim was lousy. I could not get into it mentally and just didn't want to be there, though I did manage to finish the workout. This morning's masters swim went much better. I've got an easy run to do after work.

Morning weirdos.
I rolled my ass out of bed this morning at 2:50 AM, headed to the gym. Today was Back day with some legs thrown in there.
Then I headed home and Jetta and I went for a run, I was hoping to get 3 or 4 miles.... so I am pleased to say I got 5.4 miles in. I was really feeling the squats during the run lol.......
Hoping to get in some little exercises tonight to focus on the booty....we'll see how I feel.

The Wisconsin Marathon tends to always be nice and cool but windy
Green Bay CellCom is a good race but it can be warm
I ran the Carmel Marathon in IN in 2013. Nothing bad to say about that one. I think some years it was kind of warm so the bumped the date up a few weeks
