I've run 4 races this year, I think (HM in Feb, 15k in April, HM in May, and a marathon in Aug) and I set 2 PRs--1:46 in the Feb race, and 1:17 in the 15k in April. Although the 15k was a slower pace than my HM PR a couple months prior, so the only reason that was a PR was because that was only the 2nd time I've run that distance, so it doesn't really feel like a PR. It's been like a long slow death march, downwards, since then, lol. Well, both LOL and
