I don't think we have a 2013 goals thread yet... if we do, my bad.
If we don't, well, post 'em here! And go!
Do you even run?
1500 miles. I put down 1000 in the 2013in2013 game, but I'm adjusting my goal to 1500. I just need to stay focused, and uninjured.
Half marathon - just finish!
Marathon - just finish!
27 minute 5k (challenge accepted, LRB!)
Work on my self confidence.
I would like to run a marathon < 3:25 by the end of the year.

It's always fucking hot in Miami!
I haven't run 26.2 in 3 years so want at least 1, plus 100+ miles a month. 100 miles for me just means I wasn't too banged up. I had 10 of those this year but will still hit or come close to 1,500.
I signed up for my first half in 10 years which I'm looking forward to. I have done 8 marathons but only 1 half so also hope to run at least 2 of those.
Run my first full marathon in May.
Run my first half(a double half) in September.
Ride a bike race on both my road bike and my fat bike.
Run a sub 6:20 mile(my last "Lincoln Mile" race time was 7:21). I accidentially ran a 6:51 in a 5k race in October, so I know I have faster in me.
Run over 2013 miles in 2013.

I think I put 1200 miles up for the miles game. I'd like to beat that.
Run my first marathon (finish).
Run a few more half marathons and PR on at least one.
PR in the 5k.
Run my first ultra (12 hour race).
Don't get hurt!
Remain injury free
Get up to 30mpw again
Do a few 5k and 10k races
Learn how to swim
Do more core and strength training
Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.
To control and enjoy my ... running.
I'd list a 10K PR as a goal too, but I think I'm going to crush that the next time I run one.
To stay uninjured and run a marathon < 4:00.

Some good goals here guys, it will be nice to see you achieve them. Here are mine:
- Sub 2:00 half marathon
- Sub 25:00 5k
- Sub 53:00 10k
- Run more trail races
- Find "the right" pair of shoes
These goals are very conservative, because my right leg is retarded and desperately clings to runner's knee and PF.
Run 1200 miles
Run 2 HM - finish sub 2:00:00 on at least 1 HM
Run Marathon in Fall 2013
Go sub 26:00 for 5k
Go sub 54:00 for 10K
And keep enjoying running.
