    Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

      Doing a reverse taper thing so I'm not quite back to 40 but here we go anyway:

          The focus of M-Tu is recovery, then I need to get back on the horse if I am going to get into shape by December 15th - 24 hour track race. 

           

          Weekend fell apart Saturday was DD#1 VB tourney and Sunday  working 5 hours, church, funeral, volunteer for church work and sleeping in.  I guess it turned into a recovery week.

                My sinus infection moved into my chest in the early part of the week. But the good news is that by Thursday, I was able to jog a couple miles and I did a 6 miler today. So I will need another pass and will aim to get back to 40 next week.
