I was 35 when I ran my first - 3:40something. I haven't run over 3 hours since I turned 40 - or over 2:50 since I turned 45.... but I doubt that trend can continue! Ray

Take your time. My first was when I was 58. Since then, I've done 5, including Boston '08, and I did a 50K last weekend.
