Thinking about running another half 2 weeks after the Army Run. That will be 3 in 6 weeks. I expect I should be getting better and better with each...ie; C race, then B race (the Army Run) then PEC (A race). Although the race in Picton;'s pretty tough with a few nice hills at the end. Take care Tall

It was cool to still feel decent at the end! We're looking forward to the HM in 9 days.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
Holly, that sucks that the attorney in your office fired his new assistant when she's in the hospital. Doesn't sound like a good guy to work for.

If I'm remembering correctly, Holly works for an older female sole practitioner? I found it interesting though how when we hear of something that just seems so unfair like firing a new employee who is hospitalized, that one tends to assume it must be a male boss. But then if I'm wrong and Holly does work for male attorney, then nevermind . . . Carolyn's assumption was spot-on!
