Trails are hard!

43 miles for me.  Amazing what missing a couple of days will do at my level.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

      Thanks Nono...

      July mileage.....50.1 miles

      YTD mileage....686.2

Nono, thanks for starting the thread for me!  I can tally up the numbers, unless you want to...

91.8 miles for me in July - my lowest mileage since March 2008.  I had a 15-month streak of 100+ miles per month, but because of our vacation last week, I didn't make it for July.   Oh, well.  Family backpacking trips are way more important than running.  We logged about 45-50 miles for the week, mostly at elevations over 10,000 ft, so I can call it cross training.

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Yeah...I've been wondering why everyone's  been thanking me, since I recalled you were only asking for someone to get the ball rolling!  LOL

A pleasure to do get things going, but no one can replace you! (I panicked when I realized I should start with a photo!  )
