Notes

Swim lesson today for one hour.

Warmed up for 15 min with freestyle and backstroke (300 yds)

Did: Backstroke (200 yds), freestyle (300 yds), kickboard exercise (400 yds), swim with on arm exercise (200 yds), used pool buoys (200 yds), and 200 yds of sprints. OK, I am officially tired.

Got a massive charly horse in my left calf while doing the one arm thingy. Man that hurt.
