Foot felt so good this a.m. thought I would go out and do a 10K. Shut her down just short. No pain, just getting tired and didn't want to push it. I ended up doing some unintended fartleks, as I would look at my HR and find that I was going way faster than I wanted to. My goal was distance, not time, but because I pushed it a couple of times, well, I just had to shut er down. Splits are all over the place.
12:10, 13:55, 14:15, 13:57, 13:38, and that last .76 in 14:43
