Ran with Carlos. We stopped 8 times because of his quad hurting. Carlos's solution to the problem? Go out and start running twice a day (a hard track workout in the morning and then "an easy 4 or 5 miles at lunch")! Lol, never learns! Not complaining (too much) as it probably helps me at this point to relax a little. I've changed the way I record my runs. I used to stop my watch whenever I stopped now I just keep it running throughout a stop so it may seem like I'm running 'slower'.
