Notes

Part 2 of my first official workout in a couple months. Notes on each rep are listed next to each rep. felt pretty good on these 1k's all things considered. definitely weird to run fast but i kept my effort pretty restrained today so that i wouldnt overdo anything. it worked out well for me to pace the 2nd group because it kept me in the workout and gave me a little bit of extra motivation and focus to do all 6 reps. i'm excited to be able to race the mile this friday and see where i'm at. on the up and up.
