Wacky Wednesday!

Short turnaround from last night but actually felt less sore. Got in close to 5 miles before I met up with the team and then chilled a bit with them for wacky. I added on some Merner loops while they did strides and then opened up on the way home after the team broke out. Good easy run to start the day
