Solid lift/core session- went a touch easier given I was a bit tired and didn't want to screw up my wrist. Most of these efforts felt pretty controlled so can tell I am making gains. Accidentally did heavier on shoulder press without realizing and didn't completely struggle with it so probs will increase weight by a little on everything next week.
