Getting back into the habit of lifting now that I have access to an ID and want to try and make sure I'm lifting/doing core at least 4 times a week. Was sweating up a storm and feeling it a bit so only did 2 sets.
2 sets of:
10x 75 lbs bicep curls
25 x 7lb med ball setups
10x 50 lb shoulder press
25x bikes
10x 100 lb seated row
15x L and R oblique 125 lbs
10x 50 chest press
10x v ups
