Out and back easy/fartlek w/ Drew at practice time. Achilles felt much better from the get-go, slight pangs but nothing inhibiting and better range of motion. Kept the first 3 miles easy as legs deff felt a little tired and beat up. Did 7x 1 on/ 1 off on the way back, avg between 5:30-50 pace for most of them. HR shot right up into the 180s/190s for these so not much my body could do. With the humidity and what not, body just felt gassed but good to get it in.
