Normal leg lifting today to get back in the swing of things- took it easier on the weights today just so I wasn't overdoing it by doing too many different things on day one. Did 3 sets of 15 of everything (except calves which i did 3 sets of 20)- all of it felt pretty easy, which makes sense cause I'm used to much more weight.
