Notes
2 mi cooldown post- race. Calf felt pretty knotted walking over there but was OK for this- deff noticeable but no limp. Kept it quicker so I could finish in time to watch the kids races. Did 3x30 on/30 off at 5:27 pace to open but but was deff a faster cooldown than the calf should've had.
Used the hottub later and that seemed to help loosen it up.
