Shortened midweek MLR to a progressive 8 miler (8:56, 8:06, 7:51, 7:24, 7:04, 6:49, 6:46, 6:30). Running into the wind in the 2nd half of the run made it even more of a workout. Hard to believe the number of runs left after today is now in the single digits.
