Notes
PM recovery run. I was fortunate enough to wait long enough for the skies to cloud up a bit, which helped to drop the temps from 102 to 93-95, so YAY!! And then I felt some raindrops just before my turnaround point--DOUBLE YAY!! Even though the rain didn't last long, it felt awesome. I felt energized, wanting to go further than what Pfitzinger/Douglas scheduled for me to do this evening. But I didn't. Even the pace was on the fastest end of the range I should have been at for a recovery run in 90-95 temps.
