Week 9, Day 1 (Skipped Week 8 - what's the point of 28 vs. 30 min?)
Wow. I started off really trying to keep a conversation pace and succeeded. I ran the entire time with very little difficulty, even on the hills. I could have definitely run more, which is a great feeling. Only down side was that I didn't make the 10 min/mile and I didn't run a full 5k.
