The carbo loading at the Mainers game last night assisted with this run despite the various judges amongst the spectators. The left leg weirdness seems to have subsided a bit and I felt good right from the start. Heading up the hill going toward McDougals seems like much less work compared to Mt Hope so the pace stayed pretty conistent during this stretch. The downhill at Oak street helped pick the pace up for the rest of the run. Other then a random man cutting his lawn in Springvale at 6:30am this was pretty uneventful but my fastest effort on this route.
