This was drudgery this morning. Trying to keep the pace easy near 9ish but I seem to struggle when running slower and this felt harder than it should have been. The legs were also a little heavy and the left knee/leg thing was there to a degree more than yesterday. @ the 5 mile mark I stopped to pee and really felt like stopping for good. I only started to feel better just before the 9 mile mark. Boohoo.

It's OK. I'm learning that runs that are "bad" are really good because it's like a regulator and the clock still gets punched. All part of the process.
