Mike Tyson on with Simmons, and Jalen Rose. What a train wreck. Nice and easy, and felt similiar to my training runs this summer. Mostly easy, and then picked it up a little at 5, and then more at 6. Overall ankle is feeling good. I feel like the Great Bay half with Eric is what I need to get back on track. It wont be fast but it's something.
