Notes
Good Friday. A day where the parochial kids in Maine go to school, and my delinquent nieces and nephews from the motherland have the day off. A little tight today but the late morning run time had me feeling pretty good. The first 3 I was mostly just running and then intentionally picked a bit over the 4th and 5th mile. Just over 30 miles for the week, but going to try to get some longer/slower stuff in early tomorrow morning or Sunday.
