Starting to feel better everyday. Having the sun completely up about 25 minutes into the run was awesome. Bumped into Eric on the way back through Springvale and he ran with me for a few minutes before heading back home. Pretty even run throughout and picked it up a little the last few miles with the last mile around 7:50.
