This felt very easy until the last mile where I pushed a bit. My legs were dead yesterday and I wasn't sure if I was even going to run today but I felt great. Nice to run in shorts with the sun shining. Will run tomorrow and then have Wednesday and Friday off due to work travel.

Thx Rob. My mileage is better but I don't feel that way yet. Hopefully I'll see some improvement during the LA marathon on 3.17. That's the goal.

Btw - love the beer drinking idea for Pineland farms. That's brilliant.

Keep in mind with the mileage your not running on fresh legs... by the end of the taper I figure you'll be ready to rip off a good run if the weather and conditions cooperate.
