With Connor’s tourney and the CMass D3 district championship Saturday, and family craziness on Sunday I couldn’t get my long run in yesterday. Beautiful out today and my new Asics GT2100s feeling good. A slow first 3 as I climbed up to McDougals. Down Oak Street for 4, and heading home for 5,6, and 7. I felt like I was starting to get in a grove around 5.5 and the last .6, I was hovering around a 7 mm pace and feeling good. The ankle is much better and I even had a slight misstep/turn of the ankle with less than a mile to go with no issues at all.
