After the 20 miler on Sunday my calves had been very tight for a few days so moving my off day to Wednesday worked out well. My legs are still a little heavy but this is starting to feel familiar after a training cycle with some decent mileage. No calf issues at all this am. A little humid though. The workout today was 3 up, 7 @ 7:25, and 2 down. The first 3 tempo miles felt easy, and the 4th one felt very smooth. 5,6, and 7 were not as easy and was some work to keep steady at 7:25. I broke the 200 mile barrier for the 3rd time in June and will easily break my most miles in a month before its all all over (220 is my record). 29 days to ATL.
