Didn’t sleep great so getting up was fun and realized I was dehydrated before I started and was wondering when that would catch up to me. Almost stopped at Hannaford’s but kept going. I started to feel myself fade after mile 7 and I just felt gassed. By the Y, up the hill at Shaw’s Ridge and home. The last 1.2 felt better. Got to work on the hydration thing during the day. 158.5 after the run which is the lowest I’ve been since the height my training last summer.
