Ok. I think the lack of core/glute/hammy work is the problem so I need to get back into it and this week started that. Class this morning was rough. Trying to be more disciplined around foam rolling and light stretching. Friday may be a good day.

Use me as an example - don't let it turn into a 6 weeks rest period! Get on it now. Jut be careful with what you are doing with your back while building core. I have learned the hard way.
